Returns Policy
You may return the product within 30 days of receipt, the product must be in its original package, unopened, not marked in any way and in a saleable condition, also have your receipt. The return freight is at your expense.
Once the product is received and meets the above criteria, we will provide you a refund less the original postage and handling costs associated with delivering you the product.
In the unlikely event the product is faulty, we will correct the situation or may require the faulty item to be returned, we cover the cost of the return if it's due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). We are required to be contacted with in 24 hours of receipt so we can determine the corrective action. If you have received a faulty item, simply contact us at enquiries@HillsParts.com.au and quote your order number and name.
Any refunds are less the original freight cost, the cost for sending the product back is at your cost, unless the product is faulty as per above. Refunds are made to the same account the original purchase was paid for by.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive the refund faster because is depends on how long it takes us to receive the item. We also suggest you have the product tracked to ensure it's delivered.
To return your product, please include the following information.
When sending it back can you ensure you include your receipt so we can identify who the product is from and we also suggest you use a trackable postage method.
