Although products are dispatched during business hours 5 days a week, allow 1 - 2 business days after payment is made for your product to be dispatched. We use reputable couriers, however we are subject to their speed of service once an item has left our facilities. To ensure you receive the best possible service, their performance is continually monitored.
We are unable to ship Secondary Standards and Bottom Main Standards to a PO Box address.

You may return the product within 30 days of receipt, the product must be in its original package, unopened, not marked in any way and in a saleable condition. The return freight cost is at the expense of the buyer and we recommend using a trackable system. Once received we will provide a refund less the original postage and handling costs associated with delivering you the product.
In the unlikely event the product is faulty, we will correct the situation or require it to be returned, we cover the cost of the return if it's due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We are required to be contacted with in 24 hours of receipt if this is the case and will provide the approval for the return to take place or the corrective action to be taken.
Any refunds are less the original freight cost, the cost for sending the product back is at your cost, unless the product is faulty as per above.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive the refund faster because is depends on how long it takes us to receive the item.
If you have received a faulty item or wish to return a product, simply contact us at enquiries@HillsParts.com.au and quote your order name and number. We will then contact you to discuss the corrective action.
